i first discovered benjamin zhang bin’s work from a comic of his (remember) that was lying around at a friends’ house. his work looks reffed from photos but painted with really rough digital brushstrokes and with crazy neon colors. i don’t remember much about the quality of the comic but the artwork is beautiful! there’s a gallery of some of his work here

Gus Bofa

Extract from the book Libido, notes d’érotisme diffus published in 2002 by Le Seuil (unavaible in bookshops). It is a compilation of sketches with lead pencil and some watercolors.

But in the beginning, Gus Bofa himself wanted to do some kind of this book with that title in the 1930s that he never done.
